How Our Thoughts Shape Our Life Experiences

Life is made up of the relationship between our conscious mind and our subconscious mind. What we receive through our physical experiences is a returning bi-product from our deeply invested and rooted thoughts.

Your ideas are like tiny seeds a farmer puts in to the ground and watches grow into his experience over time. You have an idea of what you want to become and you end up becoming it or something similar to it. Keeping an idea in mind consistently acts like how a seed is nurtured to grow into a crop.

Through steady nurturing and trust that life is taking care of the seed. The seed slowly grows into a fully healthy crop that does something to serve it’s environment.

Life is a reflection of this process with the many seasons that serve different seeds at different times. Manifestation works the same. Thoughts become things through gentle nurturing and trust that life’s taking care of it’s growth.

Does this mean that what you manifest will look the same as how you see it in your mind? The answer to that is yes and no. The reason being is because your ideas in mind have been impressed by something you’ve been inspired by outside of yourself. But that’s exactly it, you’ve imprinted an inspiration.

The mind still works to manifest something of a similar outcome, however it is mixed with your unique set of personalities. Which means what you visualise will mould into an experience that is even more fulfilling than just replicating your inspirations. It will unfold as your own unique story that inspires other minds to think ahead.

A great way to get started on utilising this process for your own experiences, is to start writing down your thoughts of yourself in the future, but in present-tense. Which means to write as if you are your envisioned future self writing in his or her point of view about the things you have and do in the future.

The places you live in, the people you connect with, the businesses you make or job you do. Go wild on this! Exercise letting your imagination run free. Do this first thing in the morning for 20 minutes, you’ll be amazed how fast the process can get to manifest certain ideas.

Am I saying all of what you write down will come to pass? Maybe. It just depends on which ones really deeply emotionalise you to act. But even so, write whatever desires come to mind. Over time, you’ll notice which desires are more yours than just a phase.

And never try to think too hard when it comes to mind-body transformations. You’ll come to find (just like the farmer) that it’s best to play your part, do those trivial but crucial acts of watering the seed and remaining patient as it steadily grows in life’s hands.

Grateful actions mixed with positive thoughts make great experiences. Focus on feeling good about now and the magic of growth will run it’s course.
